Zen Ranch
I had an implant placed yesterday with Dr Duran on the lower right. The whole procedure took about an hour. Everything went smoothly. I was nervous but Felicia the dental assistance was great. She put me at ease also along with Dr Duran. I only took 1 ibuprofen last night before numbing wore off. I didn’t wake up swollen or had any pain last night. I am not taking antibiotics or pain meds. The dental office is running an implant promotion good till Aug. this is a good time to take advantage of a great deal and you will be in great hands with a very talented dentist and great assistants! Highly recommend Zen dental office.

I’m amazed! I went in to remove a mercury filling that I had for years. When I told the doctor that I was afraid of needles so I was going to close my eyes, he gave me the option of going without anesthetic and letting him know if I felt pain during the procedure by raising my left hand. I never had to raise my hand because the discomfort was minimal. The process was fairly quick and I left the office feeling normal. Before I left the dentist chair I asked the dentist how this anesthesia free procedure was even possible and he told me about his new laser drill that makes this procedure more precise, so for some situations it is possible to go without anesthetic.
